The Venture Capital fund Seaya Ventures has just announced the sale of nlocal -Plenummedia division specialised in digital marketing for SMEs- to Publicar Publicidad Multimedia, multinational dedicated to advertising and multimedia solutions and owner of páginas amarillas -present in 9 countries in Latin America.
nlocal is a technological platform of the group of companies Plenummedia, which operates in Spain, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Chile and Peru. It owns a portfolio of over 5,000 clients -SMEs-, providing them with digital marketing services. In addition, it is a fully automated tool to build up websites, SEO and social networks that includes call tracking and lead generation report.
Publicar will integrate the activities of nlocal in the 9 markets where it already has a presence (Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Chile, Peru and Argentina) and will offer its services to its entire customer base, composed of over 200,000 SMEs. Likewise, the managing director of Plenummedia, Juan Santana, will become the new CEO of Publicar.
The Plenummedia group will now focus on Relevant Traffic, the digital transformation and marketing consulting firm, working hand in hand with the major Spanish and Mexican companies. Relevant Traffic provides its clients with consulting services during the whole value chain (SEO, SEM, analytics, creativity, technology, reputation management, e-commerce, etc.). In the short term, Grupo Plenummedia will become Relevant Traffic Holding, one of the fastest-growing companies of its sector in Spain (its revenue growth forecast and Ebitda for this year is over 60%) and Latin America, with clients such as LG, Bankia, Aena, Barceló, Pullmantur, HEB and El Palacio de Hierro.
Julián García, current Executive Director, has been appointed CEO and one of his objectives is to open new offices in the region in the short term.
