We are delighted to welcome two senior hires to the team, with Nathaniel (“Nog”) Norgren joining as Chief Legal Counsel, and Oskar Herdland as a senior member of Claret’s Investment Team.
As Chief Legal Counsel, Nathaniel has nearly 30 years’ legal experience in the venture capital and growth debt markets, providing legal support to early-stage technology companies and the entities that finance them. He has been involved in over 500 growth finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions. In his role at Claret, Nathaniel will oversee all legal matters on behalf of the firm.

Joining the Investment Team, Oskar has over 25 years’ investment banking experience, supporting founders in building innovative, tech enabled businesses. He is passionate about helping great companies and founders to grow. Oskar’s extensive experience in the tech investment space, combined with a strong track record of collaborating with similar companies and sponsors, positions him to play a key role in identifying and managing investment opportunities for Claret.
