Claret H1 2026: A Half-Year in Review

As H2 2026 gets underway, here’s a recap of the first half. 

Deployment is up 180% year-on-year since June 2025, and we’re proud to have reached a significant milestone last month, with more than €1.5bn deployed through the Claret funds since inception across 200+ European innovators. We welcomed 8 new companies to the portfolio while continuing to support the existing portfolio through follow-on financing, bringing total new facilities for H1 2026 to 14.

Behind the numbers, our team has grown too – now 32 strong, with a recent hire based in France strengthening our on-the-ground presence across Europe. We were also delighted to be recognised at the Irish Investor Awards for our investment in Neurent Medical, and to have been shortlisted at this year’s HealthInvestor Awards and Alternative Credit Investor Awards.

Beyond the numbers, we hosted several events for the ecosystem across Europe, including in Paris and Munich, as well as our Annual Investor Meeting in London.
