Mara Maerean

Mara joined Claret in February 2026 and is responsible for deal origination, due diligence and execution. Prior to joining Claret, Mara worked at PwC as part of Corporate Finance M&A, focusing on executing business services deals. During her time at PwC, she was also seconded to the Financial Sponsors Coverage team where she spent her time originating deals across technology, consumer, financial and business services sectors. Mara is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from University of Warwick.
