Claret Capital Partners invests €10M in Mindler to fuel growth through strategic M&A and market expansion

We are delighted to announce the recent €10M growth funding in Stockholm-headquartered Mindler, a leading provider of digital therapy in the UK, NL and Nordics, as they continue to scale across Europe and beyond.

Founded in 2018, Mindler is one of Europe’s leading digital mental health providers, offering fast, flexible access to evidence-based therapy through its digital platform, and enabling 1.8 million digital therapy sessions globally since launch.

With a team of over 300 employees and a global network of more than 400 qualified psychologists, Mindler connects users with licensed psychologists for video-based sessions and clinically validated digital therapy programmes designed to support a wide range of mental health needs.

Funding will be used to accelerate growth through strategic M&A, including the recent acquisition of Cambridge-based ieso Digital Health UKone of the UK’s leading online talking therapies services currently available to more than 20 million adults through the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). Additionally, Claret will support the team as they continue to drive investment in product development and AI initiatives, as part of Mindler’s ongoing mission to transform mental healthcare by combining clinical quality, patient-centred design, and digital innovation to deliver accessible, scalable care.

““Mindler has demonstrated an impressive ability to blend clinical excellence with product innovation. As demand for psychological services continues to rise, we believe the team is extremely well positioned to lead the next wave of telemental healthcare across Europe and beyond.””

““Mindler has from the very start been tackling the urgent problem of long waits and limited access to mental health care across Europe. The acquisition of ieso, who across the last 15 years have set a gold standard for scalable, evidence-based digital therapy in the UK, means we can together increase access and availability for patients across the NHS. Together we will offer the most comprehensive digital mental health platform in Europe – one that supports patients throughout their care journey. The joint entity will enable a more holistic and comprehensive healthcare delivery and reduce the need for patients and payers to navigate multiple providers which fosters greater continuity and quality of care.””
